Welcome to Baba Production & studio. This Licensing Agreement governs the use of our digital products and services. By purchasing or downloading any product from our website, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. License Types

Standard License

Personal & Commercial Use

Single end product
For one client or project
Up to 500 sales/distributions

Restrictions: Cannot be resold or redistributed as-is.

Extended License

Unlimited Commercial Use

Multiple end products
Can sale/distribute
Use in merchandise,etc.

Restrictions: Cannot be resold as a template or stock item.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital products are protected by copyright laws.
You are granted a license, not ownership rights.
Modifications are allowed but original creator retains copyright.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Resell or redistribute the product as-is
Use in illegal, defamatory, or offensive materials
Claim ownership of the original product
Use in NFT projects without permission

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are only granted for technical issues preventing download. Licenses are non-transferable.

5. Termination of License

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the product.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Nepal/State-7, and any disputes shall be resolved in its courts.
